Here are a couple of pics from our second session where we explored a soudscape for FIRE as well as some visual arts aspects of WATER. At this point we are exploring and generating ideas for how to express each of the four elements. We will see how we will bring these expressions together further into the process.

a short note on process...what I most appreciate about this project is that it creates space to let in reflection, not only on the evenings we have set aside, but throughout the week - a visual image of our project, a string of words or a sound - will tap me on the shoulder during a hectic week as a reminder of this committment to connect with elements of nature. I am so grateful to have this collaborative and creative experience to be more in tune with earth and community - it is a wonderful reminder to weave into daily life...Deborah
